To join our 1 Day FREE Class, please enter your information below so that we can accommodate the amount of participants attending. There is a downloadable link of our waiver (which must be signed) so that you can print and fill out before arriving to the FREE Class. Or come 5-10 minutes earlier at the gym (on the day of) to sign the waiver in person.

There are no restrooms at WCS, so please be sure to come comfortably dressed along with liquids to hydrate yourself (i.e. water, protein drink, juice, etc.). Please bring your own boxing gloves (14oz or 16oz would suffice).
